How Our Language Support Works
Relai uses fine-tuned language models for every supported language. African languages receive special attention with models trained on African language corpora, reviewed by native speakers and linguists — not bolted-on machine translation.
Automatic language detection means customers can switch languages mid-conversation and the AI will follow. No configuration needed on the customer's end. A customer who starts in English and switches to Swahili is handled seamlessly.
